Ricky’s Race for Kids – New Hampshire

Irving Energy not only delivers heating oil and propane throughout New Hampshire but we are also proud to support local non profit agencies in all the communities in which we serve. Most recently we have partnered with Mascoma Bank and David’s House in Lebanon New Hampshire for the 2nd annual Ricky’s Race held at the Caanon Fair Speedway on July 16, 2011. The race is in honor of Ricky Miller who passed away at age 34 from injuries suffered in a racing accident. The race will be a 112-lap event to commemorate Millers car number. 25 cars, in honor of the 25th anniversary of David’s House, will start the race. All proceeds will go directly to the ongoing support of David’s House – David’s House has been providing families a home away from home while ill or injured children are receiving treatment through Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Irving Energy will be there supporting David’s House and Ricky’s Race and continues to support their efforts and other non profits throughout Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Atlantic Canada.
